The registered office is at Citadeles iela 2 in the Centra district of Rīga, a short walk from the Old Town and the National Library. Training halls are located in the Imanta district; members receive exact hall addresses with the seasonal schedule.

Biedrība (association) under the Associations and Foundations Law of the Republic of Latvia, registered in the Register of Associations and Foundations under number 40008291673. The association has no shareholders and distributes no profit.
Promotion of badminton, physical activity and public health in Rīga and across Latvia, with particular attention to youth development and inclusive community participation. Activities are non-commercial and open to the public.
The General Meeting of members is the highest decision-making body. It elects a five-person board for three-year terms and approves the annual report, budget and membership fees.
Income consists of membership fees, municipal sports co-funding, tournament entry fees and private donations. Expenditure is dominated by hall rent, coaching salaries and equipment. Annual reports and financial statements are filed with the Register of Enterprises and presented to members.
Board members declare any related-party interest before relevant votes and abstain. All coaches working with minors provide a criminal record statement and follow the association's child protection guidelines.
Member and applicant data is processed only for the administration of training, competitions and membership, in line with the GDPR. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
